Additional Services
A/C Preventative maintenance
Cleaning of condenser/evaporator coils. Inspect and clean filter system. Removal of debris. Ensure proper sealing of air ducts. Enhancement of a/c function and efficiency.
Water Heater Service
Flushing of the hot water system. Cleaning of foreign deposits within the tank. Removal and replacement of the anode rod. Inspection of the heating element and replacement if needed. Inspection of hot water tank for signs of corrosion/damage or leaks.
Furnace Inspection
Inspection and cleaning of internal components. Removal of dust and debris. Inspection of heating chambers for damage, or signs of corrosion. Inspection of exhaust and intake ports for debris, insect deposits, foreign object obstructions and soot, which could be a sign of a hazardous condition.
Black Tank/Grey Tank pressure washing
Are the Tank sensors not functioning properly? Restrictive flow problems? Tanks not draining efficiently or completely?
We will perform a complete pressure washing with our endoscopy pressure washer to clear debris and struvite from the tank interior walls and sensors. Which is the cause of most tank problems.
